Excursion overview
Pick-up at the Hotel We will have a half-hour transfer to Llanos del Castor, our winter center. The excursion consists of 4 outdoor activities.
9:00 AM: Pick-up
- Meeting point: Pick-up will be at the agreed location (hotel or designated meeting point).
Snowshoe Trekking
- You will put on snowshoes for a walk through snowy trails. This activity is perfect for enjoying the winter landscape and observing nature. Suitable for the whole family.
Snowmobile or UTV Ride
- You will have the opportunity to travel 4 km by snowmobile. This activity adds a touch of adrenaline while you explore more of the snowy surroundings.
Dog Mushing
- Enjoy an exciting dog mushing experience. You will learn about handling the dogs and the history of mushing.
Regional Lunch
- Once the morning activities are finished, you will enjoy a regional meal that includes drinks. You can try typical dishes from the area, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
Sledding and Snow Tubing
- The afternoon will be filled with fun with sledding and snow tubing on the snow slopes. It is a playful activity ideal for all ages.

Clothing: Layered clothing, waterproof jackets, hats, gloves and thermal boots. Sun Protection: Despite the cold, the reflection of the sun on the snow can be strong, so it is advisable to use sunscreen and sunglasses. Hydration and Snacks: Bring water and some snacks to stay hydrated and energetic during the activities. Camera: Don’t forget to bring a camera or a phone with a good camera to capture the moments and the incredible landscapes.
